Return Policy

AnnaBelle Stamps strives to provide you with the best quality products and services, because your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and unused in order to receive proper credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If an incorrect item was received or the item is faulty please advise us by email within 10 days of receiving the item(s). Do not return goods without contacting us first. We will then refund the postage costs of returning your goods. Any shortages/discrepancies must be advised within 10 days of receipt of your order.

All transactions on this web site are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include our local tax - GST. Any international orders will have the tax deducted at checkout. For customers ordering from outside of Australia, an easy to use exchange rate site such as www.xe.com will give you an idea of conversion.

How to Order

To order simply browse our online store, select an item and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to basket" button.

You can view your basket at any time and remove items if you wish. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the space provided at checkout. Confirm order when ready. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please carefully check your order before making the payment to avoid difficulties removing and refunding items once the order has been placed.

As a logged in member you can also add items to your shopping basket and these will be saved for you to continue at another time, which will save you time looking for them again.

Payment Methods

Paypal : For all VISA and Mastercard credit/debit purchases. You do not need a pay-pal account to pay using pay-pal check out. Just click the pay-pal button and when at the pay-pal log in screen click "continue to checkout" without a pay-pal account.

For orders within Australia we also accept cheques, direct deposits and money orders; keep in mind we hold cheques until cleared. We have no minimum order value.
