We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you for the purpose of remitting your order and/or to contact you if we have a query with your order. All information collected by AnnaBelle Stamps will not be shared with, or sold to any outside parties. Return Policy : AnnaBelle Stamps strives to provide you with the best quality products and services, because your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and unused in order to receive proper credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If an incorrect item was received or the item is faulty please advise us by email within 10 days of receiving the item(s). Do not return goods without contacting us first. We will then refund the postage costs of returning your goods. Any shortages/discrepancies must be advised within 10 days of receipt of your order. Shipping and Handling : Shipping is calculated based on weight, and shipped via Australia Post within 3-5 business days from the date the order is received. Once goods have been despatched, delivery time is out of our control. We are not responsible for loss or damage of goods once in the postal system, and recommend Registered Post. If the postage that is calculated and charged is over, then a refund of the difference will be made via Paypal. Please note, no orders are processed at weekends or public holidays. We will note clearly on our Home page of any further closing dates due to holidays. If payment is made by cheque or Money Order, goods are not sent until payment is received and cleared.
